  1. Check the Events Calendar for availability and/or more information about an event.

  2. E-mail the Follow Hard Ministries office at followhard@techserviceco.com OR you may call to register at (515) 705-0341.

  3. Submit the following information: Retreat theme & date, Name (first, last), Address, Phone, E-mail, and anyone attending the retreat with you.

  4. The FHM staff will respond in 48 hours to process your registration and answer any questions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

  • What does a retreat cost?

    Prices will vary based on your customized retreat package. The cost will be listed on the registration information for a specific FHM hosted Cedar Creek retreat. If you are wanting to host your own retreat at Cedar Creek, call 515-705-0341 or email us at followhard@techserviceco.com so that we can put together a retreat package and cost that meets the needs of your group.


  • How do I pay?

    We accept checks, credit cards and cash. When you contact our office to register you may pay via credit card (there will be a small processing fee). Otherwise we will arrange for you to send a check, money order or bring cash the day of the event. All of these forms of payment are acceptable for product and apparel purchases as well.


  • What should I bring?

    Cedar Creek provides all linens (towels, sheets, etc.), comfortable seating (Executive Serta ergonomic adjustable padded chairs), extra lighting, 6’ foot tables, and home-cooked meals. You may want to bring your own pillow to make your stay extra comfortable. Please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, deodorant, etc.). It is optional to bring your own snacks to share. We provide brewed coffee, Keurig drinks (coffee/tea/cappuccino/hot chocolate pods), bottled water and an ice machine. You may want to bring extra shoes for walking around the pond and enjoying the outdoors. Dress casually and bring layers as everyone’s temperature preference is different.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule at 515-705-0341. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to family death, illness or other approved cancellations. We can refund your money but would prefer to transfer your deposit to register you for another retreat.

  • How do I get to Cedar Creek?

    Our address is 1849 Fox Trail Winterset, IA 50273. Your route may vary depending on what map application you use.

    OUR DIRECTIONS:

    • On HWY 92 just west of Winterset turn S. onto Pammel Park Rd. (HWY 322).

    • Drive .5 miles and turn right/W. onto 225th St. (gravel road).

    • Drive .7 miles and take the first left/S. onto Fox Trail (gravel road).

    • In about a mile the road curves right/W.

    • Cedar Creek is on this corner. There is a sign in front…turn in for an awesome stay!
