  • Amazing views of the rolling hills of Winterset, Iowa, and access to the fishing pond and creeks, fire pit, and hiking on this beautiful property

  • Room to host 16 people for a single day event or partial day events (minimum of 8 guests)

  • Comfortable overnight lodging accommodations for 9 guests with in-room bathrooms and no bunk beds

  • Bedding and all linens are provided

  • Formal meeting space complete with 6’ tables, Serta ergonomic executive office chairs, table lighting at each workspace and WiFi

  • Keurig drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cappuccino) and bottled water provided

  • Indoor and outdoor comfortable seating for conversation or quiet time moments

  • Made-from-scratch meals cooked on-site and served family style or plated

  • Work with a retreat designer to ensure your event is everything you’re looking for!
